Terms and Conditions
Shopping with Vybrantix
These terms apply to use of vybrantix.shop and purchases made through the store. Contact [email protected] if you have a question before ordering.
Products and Prices
Prices are shown in USD. Product pages identify the selected color, dimensions and included items. Decorative styling props are not included unless expressly listed. Screen settings may affect color appearance. Shipping is free and checkout shows tax as $0.00; this is not a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.
Payment Authorization
When you submit payment details for a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment transaction for the displayed total. Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment authorization and order acceptance depend on the actual processing result.
Order Acceptance
Submitting checkout information alone does not establish that payment has been completed or an order accepted. Where an order is accepted, the confirmation will identify the accepted purchase. Contact us with questions about the status of a purchase.
Fulfillment and Delivery
Accepted orders are handled and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC.
Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy sets out the 30-day request period, ordinary return conditions, assistance for incorrect or defective items, shipping responsibility and refund processing. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
